MEP Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of MEP experience in facilities management or construction
  • Strong knowledge of MEP design, installation, and maintenance practices
  • Hands-on experience with chiller systems (maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair)
  • Familiarity with UAE codes, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-trade works on site
  • Must hold valid TAQA approval for electrical works in Abu Dhabi
  • Valid UAE driving license

Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management, building services, MEP contracting or consultancy
  • Valid engineer certification with a recognised UAE authority
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Electricity Wiring Regulations and TAQA Distribution submission requirements
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux, ETAP or equivalent
  • Sound understanding of LV distribution, transformers, generators, ATS/UPS and ELV systems
  • Able to lead and technically supervise site technicians
  • Strong communication and report writing
  • Department of Energy E1 certification held and active is an advantage
  • Experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions and NOC processes is an advantage
  • Experience on high-profile or multi-building facilities is an advantage

Maintenance Electrician

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance electrician experience (facilities management or building services preferred)
  • Must hold valid TAQA approval for electrical works in Abu Dhabi, or equivalent UAE certification (ADQCC, DEWA)
  • ITI / Diploma / Trade Certificate in Electrical
  • Practical knowledge of LV distribution boards, panel wiring, motor starters, and control circuits
  • Familiar with Abu Dhabi Electricity Wiring Regulations and safe isolation / lock-out-tag-out procedures
  • Experience with ELV systems (fire alarm, emergency lighting, CCTV, access control) is an advantage
  • Comfortable working at height and in plant rooms; follows all PPE / HSE protocols
  • Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage

Swimming Pool Technician

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on swimming pool maintenance experience (commercial or competition-grade pools preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of water chemistry, sand-filter systems, circulation pumps, and chemical dosing
  • Ability to backwash filters, monitor pool plant equipment, and log daily readings
  • Familiarity with UAE pool-water quality and hygiene standards
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and following all PPE / HSE protocols
  • Pool operator certification (CPO, NSPF, or equivalent) is an advantage
